Improtant Mother's Day information

Our mother is the most important person in our life. Make her a Mother's Day surprise with beautiful flowers! Below we have gathered the most information you need to know before ordering.

Tip: We recommend sending Mother's Day flowers already for Saturday. This way, the florist has more time to prepare the bouquet, you won’t have to worry that your surprise might arrive late Sunday evening and the flowers would delight your mom all weekend. Many Interflora customers have been doing sofor years!

SHIPPING ISSUES

How much does the shipping cost?

The standard delivery fee within Estonia is 8,5 EUR. For some rural settlements, we charge an extra shipping fee. You will be informed of this when you place your order and choose the address from the dropdown menu. If necessary, our customer service will inform you as soon as possible.

Where can I send flowers?

We try our best to serve the whole territory of Estonia, however, we may not be able to deliver to countryside locations. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and refund your payments inside 5 working days.

When do the flowers arrive?

Our system automatically offers you a selection of available delivery dates. However, due to the challenging delivery conditions on Mother’s Day, we only guarantee delivery during the selected day, and the preferred time is treated as a suggestion.

Delivery on Mother's Day is until 7-8 pm, please be patient. Our customer support is not able to provide information on the exact time of delivery. The best way to make sure that the order will not arrive late, is to send it for Saturday.

Due to the overloaded deliveries on the Mother’s Day, some orders for certain areas of the country (rural, smaller settlements) could be delivered without a notice already on Saturday to avoid late delivery on Sunday or even Monday. Please be informed and hope your understand.

NB! We can not deliver gift boxes and gift bags outside of Tallinn on Sundays (incl. Mother's Day). Deliveries for Sunday will be delivered on Saturday or Monday.

Please carefully check that the shipping address, including the phone number, is accurate and complete. We will not be liable if the shipment fails or is not delivered on time due to an incorrect or incomplete address or telephone number.

How can I contact customer service?

Our lines are constantly busy during the Mother’s Day weekend and next few days. You may find difficult to reach us by phone. We recommend contacting our support by chat or email: info @ interflora.ee.

How do I change my order?

If, after placing the order, you become aware that the recipient is not at the specified address (eg workplace), contact us by e-mail info @ interflora.ee or by phone at +372 600 3900 and we will change the address, in case it is still possible.

Can I still send flowers for Mother's Day on the same day?

Mother’s Day is the busiest day of the year for flower delivery services, so we recommend that you book in time to avoid disappointment on the big day.

In case our florists will run out of flowers, we will stop taking new orders.

For orders placed with a short deadline (same day), we may only be able to deliver the shipment on Monday (day after the Mother’s Day), which is why it is important to order in advance. We are unable to accept any complaints in this regard.

PRODUCT ISSUES

What will the bouquet look like?

Most of the flowers come from imports and some flowers may not be in stock. Please be aware before ordering: our florists are allowed to replace flowers in all orders if no other choice available. We are unable to accept any later complaints on this matter. Whenever possible, we do the utmost to meet the expectations of our customers.

What should I write on the card?

Each bouquet comes with a greeting card on which you can write a personal message to Your Mother. This is usually the most cherished part of the gift, so be sure to take a minute to think about it. Be it a fond childhood memory, a beautiful excerpt from a poem or just 3 reasons to be grateful to her.

My mother won't get the bill with the flowers, will she?

Of course not. We need the billing address due to the applicable laws, the invoice will only be sent to the Buyer's email address, in electronic form. Your Mother will only receive the chosen product and the greeting card.
